From time to time new laws and regulations come into effect which has an impact on the services that we render to you. One of these new laws is the South African Protection of personal information act (POPI) which has come into effect on 1 July 2020. The deadline to become compliant with the act related to services we render to you is June 30th, 2021.

Examples of these services include but are not limited to public-facing web applications, private and closed web applications, and email.

In terms of these regulations, the following statements need to be placed on these services.

Cookies policy and the statement: As for the statements above us as Mango Fusion will prepare the cookie statement for you. Once you have signed it off, we will also publish it to the service as required.
Terms and conditions: In terms of using web applications this will also refer to any e-commerce functions.
